A recent survey conducted by the National Association of REALTOR & the American Society of Home Inspectors showed the following;

• 97% of home buyers thought an inspection was good value for the money.
• Buyers scored 4.51 on a scale of 1 to 5 that the inspection effected purchase offers.
• 81% of those who completed an inspection had a condition added to the offer or the inspection.
• 79% of buyers who had an inspection performed were present while it was completed.
